Are you passionate about cycling history, culture and community? The Cycling Museum of Minnesota is seeking applicants to our Board of Directors. The application deadline is June 1, 2017 and terms will begin in August, 2017. Board members will have the opportunity to work with a committed, ambitious volunteer team in a community excited about our project's potential. 

We are seeking candidates with expertise in one or more of the following areas: 

  • Digital strategy 

  • Museum exhibition development 

  • Cycling advocacy 

  • Development/fundraising

  • Program/event planning

The Cycling Museum of Minnesota will strive to have a Board of Directors that represents the full diversity of Minnesota and the cycling community. 

Board members will commit to the following: 

  • One monthly meeting of the full Board (typically on a Monday or Wednesday evening);

  • At least one additional monthly subcommittee meeting (collections and exhibits, fundraising, communications, or finance); and,

  • Between 10-15 hours monthly of service outside meetings.
